Her diverse experience includes roles as a teacher assistant, lead teacher, and paraprofessional in schools and centers across Berkeley, Richmond, and Portland, OR.

Becoming a mother in 2021 deepened Paulina's passion for child development and advocacy. She champions nonviolent parenting, standing firm in her commitment to healing intergenerational trauma and dismantling the chancla culture prevalent in their comunidad.
